Governance
Our Structure
CCF operates under a governance structure designed to balance local and national engagement while ensuring transparent decision-making and accountability.
General Assembly
The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body within the CCF. It convenes annually to review accounts, activities, and approve the strategic direction of the coalition. Led by the Chairperson of the Steering Committee, this assembly ensures that all members contribute to CCF’s overall mission.
Steering Committee
The seven-member Steering Committee is responsible for operational oversight, strategic decision-making, and financial management. Working closely with various expert working groups, it ensures that CCF’s objectives align with our mission and values.
Regional/Subnational Focal Points
Our subnational focal points support the mobilization of civil society groups and communities at the local level, ensuring that local perspectives are represented and that CCF’s work reaches coastal communities effectively.
